Hi Steve,
Any Lithium Multi-Purpose based grease will do - although if you can find some (usually boat chandlers) there are some heavy duty greases for boating applications that have a very high tolerence against water and are good for steering head bearings. I remember alot of the MX boys used it as they were constantly jet-washing their bikes - they used it for wheel bearings too.

what about the ACF 50 Grease ?

Hello Lightning Boy
Thanks for that, I have a mate who works in a dry dock local to me
If I am out and about tomorrow will ask him, I guessed the standard grease would be ok, the bottom bearing/racer seems to be worse for wear,
(i guess due to being close to the wheel and water)
The top bearing looks fine, but will change both sets over with some new tapered bearings/seals which arrived today:)
