just emailed the Tv company who filmed at Donington, and asked if they are putting together a DVD of the weekend events, I also asked them if they filmed both events considering ourplace in the time table. so fingers crossed they should reply soon and we can take from there. Don't fancy shelling out for a dvd if we are not featured on it!:) :)

This was the prompt reply i got from Greenlink TV"Thanks for your interest in Motosix!

There will be a DVD of Motosix produced by us, and it will include the support races. It will be available for sale, however the exact details of this are yet to be confirmed. We will keep a note of your contact details and drop you a line with information about how to order the DVD in the next week or so.

Shorter round-up coverage of the Motosix events will also appear in our motorsport magazine shows Max Power and Motorsport Mundial, on Sky Sports and Channel 5 in the UK. Keep up to date with the transmission times via the Motosix website/ACU. "

so expect a small incusion as the Dvd seems to be about the Motosix championship!

We did indeed film the Desmo Due races, and these will be included in the DVD, which will be available in the next few weeks. Do you want me to email you when it's available?

The DD races werent featured on Max Power. Only 1/3 of the hour slot was about motorbikes. It was all 3 motosix races (600, 1000 and sidecars) Not a mention of any other races tho. The quality is really good and i didnt realise there were so many cameras at donington. Fingers crossed if we are featured on the DVD it'll be good quality.

Greenlight....based in the Isle of Man, also film and produce all the TT and MGP DVD's and are responsible for much of Duke Video's filming and production.

When Gus Scott unfortunately lost his life at the TT; I contacted Greenlight on behalf of Gus's sister and they put together a short DVD made up of clips that featured Gus...for a family memorial....

Even if the final DVD doesn't include the two 'DD' races I'm sure Greenlight would put a DVD together of the DD races, if asked, especially if there were a a couple of dozen copies wanted.
