Sorry,

We usually get only 1 offer for existing customers to give away and 4 for new customers. This time they have given us 5 for new customers... We get offers every 3 months but I usually give the existing customer offer to a family member.

Threaten to cancel anyway, you'll be surprised what they will do to hang on to you. I pleaded poverty and said I was going terrestrial. Got down from £38 per month to £13 for 6 months then £18 per month after that.
