Hein Gericke at Braintree are doing Dyno runs for £20 as part of a Summer open day this Saturday.

Probably PM is best - the youngest's gymnastics sessions have changed back to mornings now!

Don't forget it's Assen MotoGP on Saturday instead of sunday, so might have to work it around that as well.
