Those already racing should alreay be aware of this but newbies to the series its worth checking
At Oulton last Saturday Bernie and Alan while scrutineering were still coming across Sludge/Oil Screen filter Bolts that were not lock wired and also commented about the poor quality of some peoples Lower chain guards.
This is the filter in question

It would be a shame to fail scrutineering on a couple of items that can easily be sorted out at home.
