Fellow DDers, I've got another bargain for you.

I've had some Ducati Corse style billet sump plugs made up for a fraction of the factory cost, so I'm passing the savings on to you guys.

Our Ducati race sump plugs are made from billet aluminium and then hard anodised to provide improved wear resistance. No longer will you struggle to remove the sump plug as we have done away with the recessed allen socket and incorporated an external hex-head to allow the use of a socket. Each face has been pre-drilled too, to make lock-wiring your sump plug as easy as possible. These will also fit the oil filler cap, as it uses the same sized thread!

If you want one, they are available at a reduced price of just £10 each including postage to DDers. You will need to let me know your DD number so I can check ... no cheating!

Drop me a PM if you're interested, I can take PayPal, cheques or good ol' fashioned cash!

As mentioned, the thread on the sump plug is the same as on the oil filler cap, so you can also use these to secure your filler. I've put one on my Hypermotard as I don't like the thought of coming back to the bike to find no oil filler cap, or that someone has been putting 5p pieces in the hole!

surely a mute point as if someone wanted to damage your bike that much, they would just insert some foreign object into your open clutch!

I've got one of those fancy "hungry" clutches on the Hyper that likes to eat things, especially my jeans! :o
