Na just kidding, by the looks of this club I'm going to need all the help I can get.Just bought my first Ducati 916s 1994, always wanted this bike since I was seduced :p back in the 90s not even a month in the garage and it looks like there are some questions that need answering :confused: , Look forward to picking your brains in the near future,until then.

Hi there thanks for taking the time Mad Dog It's called Fixedsys have a look at the fonts you dont get it with a quick reply this is the place to come. Are you using an Asian font system?

Hi there yes I think the 916s means strada the bike is quite an early one I think the Biposto came out in December 94 mine is a November 94 bike1994 916
Is it a Strada by any chance

Welcome from a fellow Essex dweller! There's quite a few of us about.
We meet up in Chelmsford on the third monday of every month (so you've just missed it) and do rideouts too.

There's a great thread by resident guru Shazaam which lists most of the common faults with the 916 line. Take a look here:

You will enjoy the bike more than you think. I have had my 748 for 3 1/2 years and done over 20k on it. Love it more than ever.
