I found an old 620 racebike in my garage tonight so have got a full rebuild program planned for the next few months:

Broken clip-ons - buy new ones
Broken rear-sets - buy new ones
Oil + filter - change
Scuffed leathers - gaffa tape
Almost new Diablos - pay Chas for them, then throw away and replace with Far Eastern liquorice
Bent exhaust, scratched tank, seat and fairing - drink Magners until it looks ok
2010 DD - send cheque to ACU,New Era and DSC

Easy innit

Can we race yet? :frog:

Lol, easy re-build. The magners will be the expensive bit waiting to go racing again.:)

As Craig hints at
Its probably cheaper to get them repaired
either that or avoid the garage until a week before the new season starts then start drinking the Magners

Hypermotard engine, NOS injection, Carbon wheels, Cermic discs and pads, Ohlins KGK 25mm cartridge kit and TTX shock, titanium frame replica (shhhhh), and carbon bodywork................

Aren't we going to be running Jaffas instead of Pirellis next year?

put some std bars on it and throw fairings away. get a ice cream lid for the nose number. then run in streetfighter c as its 65 bhp max in there paul and the 620 is one of the bikes listed to be able to do it :ninja:
you can run any road tyres you like or cut slicks too so if you still like those avon roadrunners mate you can use them ;)

Good idea but which way round would you run them?

Chocolate one side and sponge the other and which would be best, classic orange or lemon and lime?
