Ive got a 749s 56 plate, what should the ideal running temperature be??

Depends a lot on the ambient.

This kind of weather of late approx 80...ish deg C I've seen over 90 in our sub-tropical 25's. Often stopping at lights etc and in town with 103 to 105 with the fans running...... Gonads cooking too. :eek:
