having to have full back surgery on 20th Oct :( and wont be out of hospital until the Monday at least with up to 6 weeks recuperation time double :(

now, if you want I can still organise, but seems mad for everyone to venture so far...or I can see if we can do late Nov/early Dec when I'm fit enough

Been there Paul I have a 4" zip at the base of my spine. Zimmer frame for a day or so. L3 disc. But its 95% better than it was. All about posture after the op, sitting etc keeping the arch (Lordosis) in the back.

Good luck Paul, it will be worth it. I'm for a reschedule when you are with us and better. :)
