Need breaking in, but stiff and uncomfortable at the moment, took a while to get use to changing gear properly in them, was better on the ride home after wearing them all evening. For £199 they'll do :)

George Whites retail in Swindon
They had 6 sets left, 1 set in red and 5 in Yellow, 3 of which were in my size so I may go back for another set

unlikely to have a size 9 then, the most common size

Nope missed that somehow as I was watching to see who I could spot, must have got distracted at that point

Besides I don't want to get a reputation for hanging around outside garages
It's only the local drug dealers that do that around here

Thats a 43 in Euros isn't it
I bet they sold out of them along time ago, the lady who served me did say 43s were the most common size they sold

Are they a wide or narrow fit?
Reason I ask is that I've been having a real problem finding race boots in a wide fitting (I take a G/H width shoe). Took a chance of a set of TCX's (as recommended in Ride mag) as I had a set of Oxtar - used to be TCX - before but they are nowhere near wide enough...

I've been racing in Oxtar for the last few years as I found Sidi's to narrow, these Daytonas are probably between the two

I also suffer from wide feet and am on the lookout for wide boots. I also went down the TCX route for the same reason. Have not found anything suitable yet

old stock Oxtar and buy as many sets as you can!! I also found the Nitrto ones I had off Neil were ok, although a little tight so slim socks needed
