Hi guys,
Just started the modifications to my 620 sport and could do with some info on tq settings please. I nearly always use a Haynes manual but the settings I need seem to missing. I'm after the following:

Rear sprocket
Engine sprocket
Clutch slave cylinder mounting

Thanks guys.

Bradders is right. Sprockets are two big heaves and checked after every race. Clutch is a small heave. All bolts are checked after every race

I'm a little confused by this.
I thought it was check once a year??

I never check for loose bits...................if they have fallen off and its still going it's a bonus! Though I do check to see whats left after a little off, not much left this year. So planning on a few more off's next season to make bike even lighter.

Don't go heaving on my front sprocket bolts and those for the Clutch slave as you'll risk cracking the threadlock

You're a funny bunch. ;)

I seen you all with your torque wrenches in the paddock after each race busy fiddling. Anyway thread lock now there's something that I may purchase for next season, do I need less of a heave with locking compound?

It's part of it that reassuring click of the tq wrench!
