will it fit? I know it would fit on the old 583 but wondered if it would on the new 620. If so any extra mods I need? Assume being fuel injected it will have pump extra anyway (external?)

thx

Rattler used one on his bike and the steel tank M620 or SSie pump fits straight in.

Dallas ran one all last year and now has it for sale, although you would need to source a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator complete with housing.

I have an SS tank in the garage, complete with pump, so just brackets. Was thinking about trying it out, see if it helps with being able to grip the tank better than monster tank and if I can now get lower enough behind the screen

Is that a high pressure fuel injection pump, probably not if its off a carby.
And you'll still need a fuel pressure regulator to stabalise the fuel pressure on the injectors, 3.0 Bar is standard

When I swapped over to a 620 engine from the 600, we converted the SS tank at the same time - I guess it's the same process more or less!

We found that a Triumph FI pump is exactly the same as the Ducati one, and that this also fitted in place of the standard carby pump. You just swap them out.

The pressure regulator is built into the throttle bodies, so this was not something we needed to worry about, but if you want one then again the Triumph one was the same 3bar as the Ducati ones.

There were a whole load of cheap Triumph FI pumps on ebay, and their setup includes pump, regulator and a fuel filter that is exactly the same as the Ducati one too!

It's a pretty easy fit I did both the Rattler one & the Dallas one the pump is a strait swap you just alter the pipe work, rear mount fits, you just have to make up a front fixing.

Chaz makes it sound so easy.....

so I'd need a new pump too then, thx for the links.

Surely a taller screen is less hassle? :D
