I need to make or purchase a diagnostic connection lead for my DDS
I can easily get the 26 pin High Density D-type connector that fits the DDS and a 3 pin for the other end (Haven't looked into the type of connector used by the later bikes)
So ideally need to know which pins to connect to on the DDS end.
Not sure if the DDS manual gives any info of if there are any PDFs available with info
Maybe I should have gone to the Mechanex show today or tomorrow and asked the Tecnomotor importers but had to go to work and earn some money

Thanks for your input Frank but I need the Leads for the official Ducati Diagnostic system the DDS that replaced the Mathesis.
Once I have the info I need I can then see how to adapt the leads from my Mathesis to the DDS.
For your info the centre pin of the 3 way superseal connector is -ve ground and the outer pin is the KKL (the third pin is not connected to anything).
Don't have any experience of the DDS.

Thats the eady bit Chris, even for the later bikes just pull it off the Bike wiring diagrams, its a bit harder when you get to the other end with 26 pins to choose from.
I'll probably end up taking it apart and seeing which pins are used, working out the Earth (Ov) pin shouldn't be to hard.
And if all else fails I'll try buying a lead for a Tecnomotor Socio 700, but that would cost about 6 times what I can make a lead up for
On the EOBD 16 pin connectors these are the only pins used
Pin4 - -ve grnd power supply
Pin5 - -ve grnd on 3 way superseal connector
Pin7 - KKL on 3 way superseal connector
Pin16 - +12v power supply

Don't know if that will help when you have 26 pins!
