Looking to change mine, and found them on ebay at £25 each for ducati. But will these not do the same job?

A rose joint is a rose joint & Ducati don't make their own;) like a lot of other parts they use.

As Chaz says they are only standard items. Steve Byatt had teh same problem a couple of Months ago with Shell's 600 Monster.
I Found him a couple of Options on Ebay both for M10 X 1.5m pitch Right hand thread (I see your links is to incorrect left hand thread items)
Steve went with the Higher spec ones from McGills
Now if you want added ride height go for female ones with some M10 Studding and a couple of Half thickness lock nuts such as these
