Does anyone know what thread size a 998 neutral light switch is please

Can't find the one I had : ( Is it possible it's a M8 x 1.25 , M8 x 1.00 or M10 x 1.25 , M10 x 1.5 ???

I think it is 10x1.0 same as those little spark plugs in pit bikes.
