There appears to be a prolific scammer using the DucatiTrader.com website to try and rip people off.

See this advert:
http://ducatitrader.com/product_desc.php?id=115

Now checkout the original description here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2485433938

Have a look at this advert:
http://ducatitrader.com/product_desc.php?id=112

Now checkout where the bike is really from:
http://www.l-aero.com/depotvente.htm

The guy seems to be using the same Yahoo email addresses and names for his ads.

I've tried contacting the website as the same guy used the images of my website - but never had a reply from them.

Thoughts?

Lol! You have to laugh at some people's usernames on eBay... and their past purchases too!

Impressed with your research skills antonye !!!, any chance you can dig up an oil cooler to fit a 600 Suzuki Bandit (P reg). Debbies has sprung a leak so we need to get a reasonably priced replacement.

This any good?

Or £260 if you want a HEL replacement one...

Or try these guys as they can supply, recore or repair Bandit oil coolers:

or try one of these:

Antonye that took you nearly a solid 4 hours!!

Bloody useless ... take yourself outside and give yourself several uppercuts!

Sorry ... it only took me a couple of minutes to track those down but I've been busy doing other stuff in between.

I'll make sure I do better next time, sir.

Just off outside now to beat myself up sir.

Thanks for the info Antonye, keeping an eye on the ebay cooler, must have gone on recently cos wasn't there at weekend when we checked. Have been in touch with Aaron and theirs is £160 new, bit more than we wanted to fork out. Will check the other spares places.

Did you check Aaron about a repair or recore as they do this too?

Didn't mention that, it's the pipe mountings that have hairline cracks in them and Aaron said they'd seen loads like it and hadn't found a workable remedy. The guy with the ebay ad is going to take some pics of that area of the cooler so I can check it before putting in any bids.

Thanks again for the help, good club this innit
