See here (http://www.throttlerocker.com/)

To try and ease Michael's carpal tunnel syndrome before he resorts to cutting his wrists!

Any good or just a gimmick?

They look a bit dodgy to me - but if it works tehn it's worth it.

I wonder if they'd give you a sample?

It'd be better if you put a couple of nips of Tequila in it anyway ....

Mate of mine has one on his GS and swears by it. I was looking for a UK stockist, Touratech, I think.

I had CTS and tried one of these on the ST, but it's didn't really work. Got my wrists slit instead, worked a treat and have never looked back.

I Have only experienced CTS since I had my 998, After about 15 miles my hands are almost totally numb, I supose at some time I will have to get it fixed , anyone who has had surgery to cure this please let me know what was involed, time, discomfort etc .

I had it done a few years ago. Not got time to go into it all now, but will write a "proper" post tomorrow.

My little bro has one. He fitted it for his trip to WDW2004. He has said it was great.

I have met guys who swore by them for long distance work, holding the throttle open for 8-10 hours really tires out your hands. Never thought of them for CTS but I don't see why they wouldn't work.
