I read a thread a while back about somone fitting a Leo Vince to their 749R, did they ever fit it or has anyone else got any opinions or photos of it fitted from various angles.

Correct AndyB, my baby r cetainly does .
Bought and fitted at JHP ,but not straight forward job to fit,but well worth it.
The system is only made for 03 models so had to have the section around the swingarm modified.
Unfortunatly the man that modded it also makes exhausts for F1 cars and 24 hours after John gave him the bike he got a rush order for 3 exhausts for BAR,so back of the queue job for Butch's baby!
One week later John got it back and had to modify the fairing mounts to get the fairing to clear, then its just a question of setting it up on the dyno.
Strap the bike to the dyno and its all systems go,WRONG,the dyno computer decides to have a blonde moment which has taken 3 weeks to fix,so i had the bike back and have run it as it is since, only problem is lumpy running low down the rev range(John says its running rich).
Its going back this week to have the powercommander fitted and to be set up ready for rocky.
This may sound like a horror story but its just been 2 unconected problems that just happend to affect one job.
the end result as far as looks and sound are better than i had hoped for and i look forward to the finished job!

Sounds great to me ,dont know how it copares to termi on 749r.
It certainly dosnt have the base of my 890, but does seem to have a metallicy deep rasp much like the wsb bikes.
I feel a comparrison test at rocky comming on!
I think if you are looking to go no further than ive gone already then the 54mm system would be the best bet (£300 cheaper, and no fairing fitting problems) but with my passion for visiting John it had to be the 57mm jobby

I can confirm the LeoVince is slightly louder than the Termi assymetrical. The rasp from the exhaust as Butch pulled way from the pub today was superb.
Had a good look at the system and the quality is fantastic.
Well recommended,I'm not at all jealous!!!:D:D:D
