Has anyone got the standard factory settings for this shock?
Got it today but the little brochure with the settings in is missing.
Beautiful bit of kit though! :sing:
Is there nothing on the Ohlins Web-site?
You could try KAIS in Atherton they may be able to help

Turns out we nearly met on sunday, but because Weeksy was too busy moaning he didn't introduce us!
I was the fat bird talking to him at the end there, Hello, pleased to meet you

Well you can't blame him for that, he had reason to moan.
I was the oik in the TT T-shirt, will hopefully get introduced properly next time we meet.
So Hi for now,
will you be at Popham
Kev,
Those attachments don't detail the factory settings............only the installation instructions!
It says "Refer to owners manual for adjustment"..............:smug:

So whats the setup data in the top left corner then
Doh.........I thought that was the available ranges of adjustment, not the standard settings...
Large appologies for stupidity.

I'll let you off this time Ricky as it isn't made that obvious and to those unfamiliar with Ohlins would probably make the same assumption as you did.
I think you will find most of the Ohlins damping ranges have 20 to 30 clicks, 12mm of preload on a 6.5kg/mm spring gives 78kg of preload which sounds about right to me as a starting point.
I know that Ohlins forks have 18mm of preload available as I rebuilt Dallas's set on his R1 prior to Cadwell TA2.5 so looking at the fork pdf helps give the game away.
