To be fully honest Keith, I do own a web hosting company and it is something that we do, but I'm afraid that I really don't have the time at the moment to take on another client as they're always more hassle than they pay ... especially the ones with baseball bats ;) It just ends up being a busman's holiday in the end. Advice to friends is always free though, so if you want advice on anything that you've found then feel free to drop me a line. |

No worries. It's probably a new security hole that has been exploited. Once a fix is found, they will patch the server and restore a previous copy of the site so you shouldn't need to do much. It just depends if it was an old (and known) security hole that was exploited - it shows that they have a slack policy on updates, or a good policy but bad implementation! |
