My new baby !!! If only it was of the human kind ;) still squeezing!!! In the meantime, I've been bored waiting, so I've been out and made an astute financial purchase of one of Japan's finest. ![]() Tim :biaggi: [Edited on 15-5-2006 by Rattler] |
Turned to the dark side again then Tim...??!! Very pretty though..:) |

I was powerless to resist!!! ;) I still have more Ducatis than anything else!!! :) |
Disgraceful I tell you! Sending the pregnant mrs out to work while you sit on your arris and have her buy you expensive toys... I'm so jealous! |
oi loikes that! |
I definitely like the looks of that :D |
would look better flat out through Bergwerk!! Tim:D |
Any other time mate and I'd be there - kids eh???? ;) |
So that's the KRC bike eh? |
Quote:
c says c'mon Karen hurry up |
Quote:
there's a space for you anytime mate;) |
Very nice Tim, good choice too. Will this be spending its time alongside the 6r in the diningroom:cool: or will it be raced prep'd for KRC:eureka: Either way I wouldn't want that ozzie upstart near it;) |
Quote:
Don't worry yourself there young lad, it's not the KRC bike so I won't be racing it! |
Quote:
Its an 06 Blade and too good for the KRC!!!! ;) It'll be pounding the streets and tracks across the whole of the UK. I'm determined to do more riding this year and if things work out - get out to the ring too. Tim Tim |
Tim, I know a superb SP2 you could've had.;) |
Tim can't ride twins though... Imagine if Karen found out :o  |
Quote:
Yes Timmy, once you have feed and changed little rattler junior. You may go out and ride your bike :D |
yeah i like that too..................what exhaust?:puzzled::eureka: |
Quote:
Nice, very sleak and very stealth like. As Andy says, what pipes are they ? |
Quote:
Looks like a Scorpion exhaust to me, but could be wrong. Enjoy the Blade mate there a great bike, I'm enjoying mine :D Darren |
Yep - its a Scorpion jobby (nice spot Darren) with removeable baffle - makes a nice noise too.... not the best pic, but you get the idea; ![]() Tim |
Another angle; ![]() Gotta lose the rear footpegs, get a seat cowl, fit some crash bungs and we're good to go. Tim [Edited on 17-5-2006 by Rattler] |
While you've been oggling that Blade, some pikeys have nicked your driveway ;) |
Quote:
I'd lob a number plate on it somewhere as well!! :bouncy: |
Quote:
Now why would I want to do that???:puzzled::puzzled: |
Quote:
Seat cowls look nice and easy to fit, keep an eye on flebay ;) Loosing the footpegs is a bit more difficult as the exhaust heat shield attatches to the right one and the rear brake resevoir hides behind it also, you can move that to behind the riders peg though but you get left with lugs from the subframe showing were it used to be  Just left mine on as it's easier Darren |
Quote:
The exhaust heat shield was removed with the original can - perhaps we need our own section on this site "Ducati owners who own non-Ducatis" ;) I'll have a look and check. Tim |
SPLITTER!!!!! |
Should have got it in fridge freezer white like all other household appliances ;) I've ridden all the litre bikes and that is the easiest going of them all, enjoy it m8 ;) |
Quote:
WOT!!!!!!! I still own plenty of Ducatis!!! ;) |
Quote:
what is the world coming to....... having said that... can i have a go please :D |
Its the first Honda I've owned - I've had a Gixxer thou, a ZX10R and now a blade. I'm hoping that the power delivery will be a bit more polite than the ZX as that was brutal and was scary!!!! The reports say that its the more "user-friendly" of the new jap thous and should provide me with useable power for road and trackdays. We'll see - and of course you can have a go - I'll be taken the blade to the DSC day at Cadwell - see what you think!! Tim |
Won't be at Cadwell, but will be at Oulton if you can fit it in the van :) |
Sorry - will be full of DD bikes Tim |
Very tidy mate and it'll start first time every time and probably won't jump off the side stand by itself! Nice silver Cornerspeed sticker and you'll be sorted ;) |

You're right - I'd best get on to the feisty fella ;) |
