Anyone drive 749 as a daily commuter| or long distances?
 

Debating the multistrada over the 749, I have more racing intentions but love going from San diego to Arizona... is that too much for a 749? Anyone have any practical experience?

Have no idea how far that is, but I had a 749S when they first came out which I found pretty ok. Longest I did was a weekend to Germany with max on one day 430 miles. Obviously you're limited by the tank range which was about 100-110 miles before light came on. Not sure I'd like to ride one through lots of traffic on a regular basis though.

My guess is that the multimixer would be a better choice.

I use mine for an 8mile commute each way when i'm on mornings.... but at 5am there's not much traffic to get stuck in.... but when there is i try not to get stuck in the traffic too much...:D
