False hope or Chickens coming home to roost?
 

MCN and some individuals seem to be really going at the "Not tested on bikes" thing for Gatsos and the like.

Grasping at straws or has there been a "male chicken up" that is gonna mean a nice cash refund for any motrcyclist caught speeding using said devices since time began??:o

I think the last report was that in a case brought to court, ACPO didn't provide any evidence and so the case was thrown out. Summit like that. If they had let it got o trial and lost THEN it sets a precedence, no ttial and no test case. I think.

But then ... it was MCN who reported that, so it might not be true. :)
