How come there are no smilie thingies to add to your thread answer anymore?

and why can I not seem to get a picture as my signature ?

Smilies....search for smilies from the FAQ and / or turn on advanced or WYSIWYG editor from your own profile. :)

Pictures are not allowed in signatures anyway and currently Non-paid up members sig. blocks have been disabled.
