front paddock stand advice please! Looking at one of these - any feedback from people who have already got/used them please...wheres the best deal on a new one ?? Tried other styles of stand, but the scuff all the paint of the fork leg, and arent partic. stable !!! Thanks in advance Nat |
We use the Valtermoto ones in our workshop, light compact and very strong and very stable, dead easy to use. As used by Belgarda Yamaha, PSG1 and NCR Ducati. £42.00 plus post. Robsom Racing 01789 450822 |
Mike have you got a pic or a link to there site for a pic, I am currently using a Scorpion front stand, which I am happy with but does not suit all bikes. Kev |
pic would be great..sounds good. Forgot to attach a pic orginally..this is the one I meant!!! |
Works for me - cost about 55 quid if I remember rightly from JHP. :D |
Natty, the you're looking at gets my vote. very stable and dead easy to use, unless you have unequal fork bottoms. It works for most streetbikes. |
I got mine from ProTwins and it does the bizz! Nuff sed! |
Dont bother with the micron one, borrowed my mates one, and it fell off, luckilly the front wheel was still in! The plate things just sort of spin over! Billy |
I've got one the same style from Harris. About £55.00, its also adjustable for unequal fork legs |
