A339 Days Numbered!
 

Application in the local paper today, A339 Alton/Basingstoke for 40mph/50mph speed limits. 40mph on outskirts of Alton & Basingstoke and 50mph for all the rest:(

Also Hants police have announced their intention to have a high profile on the A339 Alton/Basingstoke & A32 in the East Meon Hut area at weekends throughout the Summer. Paying particular attention to motorcycles that use these roads at speed!

Now don't all rush out and buy a Yellow bike:roll:

Don't worry if you still want to ride this road at speed just get a job as senior officer with Hants police;)

They probably will now Roy, everybody knows that red bikes are more likely to get stopped, if only because they're easier to catch in the first place ;)

The times they are a changing, get rid of your farings at least that way you will feel like you are going really fast!! :roll:
