Steering Dampers - pah!
There's nothing wrong with a bike shaking it's head, let it. Relax on the bars and it will be fine. Steering dampers are a waste of money, I have mine set to min.

It's been stripped down and adjusted a smidge. I think it's just that the pipe is so big and the gap small. I don't want them replacing the fairing only to go again so we'll see for a few rides.

The Bike does still run OK and I intentionally haven't checked the fuses or anything else for that matter. Unless there is a problem there is no reason for a fuse to blow.

There is a simple option that costs nothing and takes only a few minutes. Unscrew the black part of the number plate holder, attach the number plate to the remaining section.
