Fastest I seem to be getting is approx 1meg, way short of 4.5meg I should be getting.
I think a more indepth investigation is needed...

Had the same prob with mine, very little action at low speed with small bumps etc, might as well of been rigid forks,but they worked well at high speed though.
spent some time with adjustments etc...

Pretty sure I got a hardback workshop manual in an A4 binder rob, covers upto SP5 in the cupboard if thats any good. Nice clear diagrams etc, I rummage it out tonight mate.
