Hard to say because I allways use Optimax, but on the odd occasion I've had to put the normal stuff in (like in the middle of Lincolnshire) it doesn't seem quite as responsive.

A4 does not determine the strength of the bolt, it's the class that does that eg. an A4 class 80 bolt has a very high tensile strength - see my post a bit higher up .

stainless steel basically starts at 500 N/mm2 for class 50 up to 800...
