| Is the three volts at the spade connectors or at the horn push?
If it's at the spades, then a broken wire sounds the culprit.
Try measuring from the positive spade but use a frame earth to see if it's the +tve feed that's broke. If not, then the earth could've broke. Either repair or run a new earth to the subframe. |
