When i worked in dublin I'd to just show up at the airport and go along the desks asking what tickets they had for blighty. If they wouldn't part with them for cheap then i wouldn't bother... but less than an hour b4 departure and they're desperate to fill the empty seats.
You can do the same for anywhere that's not needing a visa. Just ask what they've got going where for a tenner!
