He is bringing animals that have not been properly quarantined.
He has not declared a flight path to the FAA.
He intends to fly close to tall buildings.
He is a self confessed house breaker on many millions of occasions.
He is carrying millions of parcels that he has not packed himself and
which have not been cleared by security
