I needed to diet before xmas - its even worse now.
Maybe if I stay on the ciggys.... and lay off the food
Next week...... I WILL start ...I'll cut back....
s'pose I'll have to - as no money left for food shopping this month - and her majesty is due a service at the end of the month too.
