Hard to say, basically I'm a 5.5 guy, and I need to get my head around 2000/2003 but I'm in an environment where there isn't much 2000/2003 at the moment, so basically want some info to get me up to speed.
I've ordered a couple of books, but as I said I find that hard work, would rather do CBT or such like, so anything like that would be great.
