That's interesting stuff. I have an R1150RT for commuting and whilst uninspiring and frankly dull it will certainly leeeeaan and is very sure footed. The front end is brilliant for it's task. I am considering a test ride on the 1200 GS but am putting it off 'cos I know I will want one, they are supposed to be fantastic. The dealer support is also quite unlike anything else in the bike world (or car world for that matter).
