Not yet, but it is almost certain to happen this spring. I looked at two ST4's in the autumn. One was at a Ducati dealer where they offered me a good trade in of £2,000 for my bike but were asking £5K for a 2000 model bike with 12k miles.
The other at a local dealer was a 1999 model in good condition with 14K on it. They were only asking £3,200 for it but only offered me £1,500 for the SS. So I decided to hang on just now and see if I can sell the SS privately in the spring as I should be able to negotiate a better deal without a trade in.
Whether I sell the SS or not I'm staying with Ducati. The knowledge I already have will still be there and I'll learn a whole lot more when I get a 4-valver.
