| Good luck Kev, I must say it doesn't appear to have been handled very competently. I know that these things are never easy and managers often squirm around making these decisions, but it would be nice if they had the guts to tell you exactly where you stood instead of letting you work it out yourself by counting names against jobs.
As other people have said, when one door closes another opens. I hope they're right. |
