| Last time I bought some genuine Ducati wheel bearings (about 18 months ago), they were £7.02 + VAT each.
Hardly worth bothering with pattern ones, I'd say.
[edit] That was front wheel bearings. I don't know for sure whether the rear ones are the same, but can't believe they'd be much different. You could check on the parts lists on the Ducati website, anyway.
