If you have trouble getting into the 'Members Only' area of the website (often you will get a message indicating your cookies are not set correctly) - it is most likely that your browser is rejecting cookies from the secure server.

Since the membership area is on a secure server, it has a different (internal) web address of :
https://vault2.secured-url.com

Your browser should have the ability in the Privacy section to register the above web name as an allowed site. Once this is done, you should have no problems accessing the members area.
