| Don't worry about it, the tensile and shear load capabilities of stainless steel and the plated ones are close enough for it not to be a concern. They will have used a factor of safety of at least 5:1 at the design stage, the subframe would probably bend before the bolts failed. (unless it's a Suzuki - then it will just snap off!!!) |
