corrosion resistance of the wheels may be compromised.
It won't matter in the short run, but after some time you will find filiform corrosion developing beneath the paint finish. If this is not removed, the structural integrity of the wheels could be reduced (the strength of mag alloy that has turned to powder is very low!).

made for the track not the road,so miss as many pot holes as you can
and don't land s**t from a high One
working life of mag wheels ??????? front Ones need to be looked after if you do a lot of road miles.
