Post Bulega, Lecuona and Team Aruba.it Racing – Ducati head to Most to defend their lead in the Superbike World Championship.

WSBK | 14 May 2026

Bulega, Lecuona and Team Aruba.it Racing – Ducati head to Most to defend their lead in the Superbike World Championship.

The fifth round of the 2026 WorldSBK season gets underway tomorrow morning with the first free practice sessions at the Autodrom Most (Czech Republic).

Having set the record for consecutive wins (16) in WorldSBK history two weeks ago in Hungary, Nicolò Bulega will aim to extend his winning streak and increase his lead in the standings (+82 points) over his team-mate.

Coming off the back of nine consecutive second-place finishes, Iker Lecuona's goal is to secure his first career victory in the World Superbike Championship.

Nicolò Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati #11)
“We're in excellent form, not just in terms of results but also performance. We're coming off the back of an extraordinary weekend at Balaton, but what gives me the most confidence is the quality of the work we're doing with my team, managing to get on the right direction from Friday onwards and then improving further over the weekend”

Iker Lecuona (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati #7)
“I'm approaching this round with great confidence. We're doing a great job with the team, and every time I get on my Ducati Panigale V4 R, I feel an ever-improving feeling with the bike. Nicolò remains the benchmark, but we're closing the gap race by race. Most is a circuit I really like. That's why I think we can take another step forward.”
