Bulega second and Lecuona fourth in Friday free practice for the Czech Round Free practice for the Czech Round, the fifth weekend of the 2026 WorldSBK season, concluded with Nicoḷ Bulega finishing second and Iker Lecuona fourth.
It was a good Friday for the two Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team's riders, who managed to lap with an incisive race pace.
In FP2, Bulega had to deal with a small crash that had no serious consequences but forced him to remain in the pits for more than half the session.
Nicoḷ Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati #11) “The only downside of the day was the crash because it didn't allow me to do many laps in the afternoon. Otherwise, I'm satisfied because we still managed to gather important data ahead of the races. Tomorrow in FP3, we'll try to put that to good use.” Iker Lecuona (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati #7) “I'm pleased with the improvement we managed to make between FP1 and FP2. This morning, the feeling wasn't what I'd expected, but in the afternoon, it improved significantly. This gives us confidence for the weekend.”
