| I posted two disc locks back to them at the end of last year.
After several emails etc they have now decided they never received them and that its my bad luck.
A few more emails later and still no joy as an act of goodwill they offered me any of there products at a 50% reduction which I declined.
Not going to let it go, but in the future they have lost my custom. |
