| In the industry I work in it would be considered dangerous to use a piece of machinery you had not been properly trained for and gained the appropriate operating ticket, amounts to the same thing really. The promise of a new offence will come a little late for the victims and families affected by cases like this and will never see true justice done for there losses. |
