Steve I have only had it happen once and when I get around to it I intend to replace the spade connectors that I have used to repair the damage with some decent round connectors that will give a larger area of contact and therefore hopefully handle the current better.
Just been talking to a mate with a 900SS who is also having charging problems at the moment so need to check his wiring.
