| 748 Gearbox probs PLEASE HELP!!!
Hi all! I have a strange intermittant gearbox problem on my 1999 748 bip. Occasionally when I downshift, the gear change lever will stick in the lower position and I cannot return it to neutral without coasting over to the side of the road and pulling it back with my hand!
I have inspected and lubricated the linkage and checked that it isn't fouling the swingarm but can't find a fault.
Does ANYONE have a similar exprience of this? I'm a bit paranoid about gearboxes anyway as the one on my RGV exploded as I exited a corner!!! All help gratefully received... |
