If it's in the final coat it should rub out no problem with 1500 wet and dry.

I've got a couple of dogs and had a similar problem, but you'll find that you can often work the wet and dry to get one piece of the hair sticking out and then pull it out with tweezers.

Sounds stupid but it worked for me. On the other hand, I only had a few stray hairs blow onto the drying lacquer, not a big clump.
