Its not good really is it... Some people's description really do leave a lot to be desired - but I think you are within your rights to request a refund for something that you are very unhappy with. I've been in this position also, but have been able to balance a good saving against the condition of the item. As for feedback - I believe you can respond to feedback, so you can say "the goods were not as originally described" etc - if anyone leaves you neg feeback in retaliation. As an aside - I've tried using Ebay's dispute negotiation service and found it to be feeble and toothless to say the least. Sorry you've had a bad time out there! Regards - Frank |
